1. Domestic Hub Dispatches (India)

For products in ready domestic stock, dispatches are typically initiated within 24 to 72 business hours of payment confirmation. We utilize reputed surface transport and express cargo carriers with end-to-end docket tracking. Typical transit times across major Indian commercial hubs range from 2 to 7 days.

2. Direct Container & Bulk Factory Imports

For full container load (FCL) orders or custom OEM batches imported directly from our Chinese manufacturing partners, standard lead times range from 30 to 50 days. This encompasses factory manufacturing, quality inspection, maritime transit, and Indian customs clearance.

3. Transit Packaging & Damage Claims

All products are packed in drop-tested 5-ply cartons with molded protective foam corners. In the rare event of transit damage, clients must document the outer carton condition upon delivery and report discrepancies within 48 hours with photographic evidence for freight insurance claims.
