1. Commercial B2B Quotations
Quotations provided through our website or sales desk are commercial estimates based on current factory pricing, international freight, and currency exchange rates. Formal proforma invoices are issued upon order confirmation.
2. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs)
All wholesale and container purchases are subject to product-specific Minimum Order Quantities. Sample units are provided at designated sample rates for evaluation by verified commercial buyers.
3. OEM & Private Label Production
OEM and custom branding projects are subject to factory tooling schedules, pre-production sample sign-offs, and advance deposit requirements. Client is responsible for ensuring brand trademarks and logos submitted do not infringe upon third-party intellectual property.
4. Limitation of Liability
VKronx acts as an importer and sourcing distributor. Specification sheets reflect manufacturer-tested metrics. Pre-shipment batch testing is conducted according to agreed inspection standards.
